Place a dime-size amount of dried powder in a small bowl. Slowly add warm water one drop at a time until you’ve reached a smooth paste-like consistency. Let sit for a few minutes to “steep.” Apply to face and neck. Leave on for 10-30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water or warm damp washcloth or jump in the shower and rinse off.
